I know it might be hard for some of you to think about spring fashion, but wouldn't you like to sit back and daydream for a moment about the warm weather that's headed your way in a few months. I know I'm definitely looking ahead and planning out my spring wardrobe already! I can't help myself.

With such fun trends on the horizon, I've had no trouble making my spring must haves list. And front and center on said list is the black and white trend. It's making the rounds again and you won't see this girl complaining! I love what a chic color combo black and white are. They play very well together on their own, but look equally as fabulous complementing a bold hue. Plus, there are countless ways to style black and white....

Moyna chevron clutch / Sole Society stripe hat / Vix stripe kaftan / Topshop tunic dress / Rebecca Taylor pants / Long Tall Sally scarf / House of Harlow wrap bracelet / New Look polka dot shirt / Steven by Steve Madden pointy toe flats

The easiest way is start with an accessory. I love pairing a black and white accessory with a plain black or white piece. A white sheath, for instance, would look darling with black and white flats. Don't forget to throw a white cardy over your shoulders. Don't you feel like having brunch with the girls now? Haha! And how fun would a little black dress look topped off with a black and white striped hat? Kentucky Derby...Here we come! If the hat is too much, a black and white clutch would look just as fab with your LBD.

If you're going for a more casual vibe. A black and white scarf or bracelet would look great with a white tee and boyfriends. If you're ready to go a bit further with the trend, pick a primary piece like a black and white dress, blouse or pants. Don't forget about your swimwear...A kaftan is a necessity...And a black and white one would look great with a bright colored swimsuit peeking out from under it. Hey, we swim in the springtime here in Florida. Haha!

So, are you ready to rock the black and white trend this spring too?
