You know when you slip a dress on and everything clicks with your outfit? That happened with this Leota Savanna dress.
I'm wear the "Ebonized Maroon" print and thankfully it worked with so many accessories I already own like this old Michael Kors clutch and mirrored sunnies. I added a newish Stella & Dot cuff and some J.Crew heels and I am ready to go to any work event or holiday party.
The dress has a simple cut--it's basically a t-shirt dress, I love the short-ish length it shows off a little leg, but keeps things simple at the top. The fabric has a nice bit of movement to it and is supremely comfortable. I'm planning on making this a travel dress for sure!
Speaking of legs, have you shopped J.Crew shoes lately? I've been finding such great heels there. This Elise pair has been a fave. I know the heel is a little high, but I girl's gotta have some fun!
Best Discoveries When Exploring Bend Oregon
I was completely charmed by my trip to Bend, Oregon. It's a blend of desert and mountain and incredibly cool. The vibe is small town and hip, but it's certainly on the move (they seem to be adding 10,000 new people every year). I made a few new discoveries when exploring Bend and ...read more
Is a Vizsla a Good Dog for Your Family?

Have you heard of Leota? It's a new brand to me. They specialize in dresses--maternity, full-figure and then contemporary dresses. The dresses are priced really well, this one I'm featuring is $160. They also have a TON of fantastic party dresses. In case you missed last week's little black dress from Leota, click here to see it.
For me, dresses are the simplest way to get ready for the day. They take the guesswork out of making an outfit--which is so handy this busy time of year.
