Monday Mingle: Valentine's Day Fashion

valentine monday mingle

Love is in the air this week at Momtrends. What better way to celebrate this holiday of love than with a burgundy color dress, boho chic style of course. I wanted to showcase a fun Valentine look; but also something that can be worn in the coming months that doesn't scream Valentine's Day. I turned to the lovely girls at Seamless Showroom to help me with my look. They suggested this sheer maxi from West & Main. West & Main is a new brand hitting stores this spring. Inspired by fabrics, the beach, Parisian streets, music & travel, West & Main is extremely wearable & timeless. West & Main sets out to create styles that remain in a girls wardrobe year after year. Each season is meant to compliment the next, a progression & fresh interpretation of classic prints & textures rather then a reflection of current trends.

I paired this look with a fedora style hat made by Janessa Leone. Each one of her hats is made carefully by hand, a product of years of labor and skill fueled by a dedication to craftsmanship. Over time through wear, the hats mold intimately to the wearer. I love that you can pair this hat with a pair of jeans or dress it up with a maxi dress.

I immediately envisioned a long necklace to wear, and found this one by Sunahara. Sunahara is not only an accessories line but clothing as well based in Malibu California. Sunahara strives to convey the unique quirks of Southern Californian life-style combined with the well-honed eye of the world traveler.

And lastly, I chose these knee high boots from Ariat to finish the look. The York Boot features a classic riding-style boot is made of full-grain leather with Ariat’s signature hardware and contrasting cuff. The leather-wrapped footbed and side zipper are functional and fashionable features.

Momtrends was not paid for this post. As always, we get a lot of free clothing to style. But no one paid me to put any of this together.
