Holiday Fashions with Vanity Fair Lingerie

With a slew of holiday events headed our way soon, I thought now would be a great time to talk about holiday style. And while us girls know that a killer dress is just what we need to make a splash at our next party, the dress isn’t the only important part of a holiday ensemble. What you wear underneath your look is also an integral component of your holiday wardrobe.

When selecting your holiday fashions, I have two big recommendations. 1. Rock at least one statement piece in a bold hue, especially if you’re wearing neutral colors. And 2. Pay attention to comfort. You want to be able to party the night away and you can’t do that if you’re uncomfortable. Just sayin’.

I recently had a cocktail reception to attend, so I went with a classic little black dress and styled it with only a cuff and burgundy ankle strap heels working as the frosting on the cake. When you go with a sleek, simple dress like the one I wore, you want your undergarments to be on point. Not only will they make you look better in your clothes, but you’ll FEEL better as you’ll be so darn comfy. I’m willing to bet you won’t look for excuses to come home early! You’ll only have to worry about arranging for someone to hang with your kiddos while you’re out showing off your fabulous holiday look, but I digress...

Take Vanity Fair Lingerie’s Beauty Back Bra for instance. When you’re wearing a curve hugging piece like did, you want to wear lingerie that will help smooth everything out. This bra does just that. Plus, it’s super supportive and that’s another element that you want under your control. Hike ‘em up! Haha!

So, have you started thinking about your holiday fashions yet?
