I've been on the move a lot this past month on my Mom Boss book tour. I feel like I am in an unending loop of pack and unpack. The laundry never stops! I feel like I need to have a wardrobe that works for me. Great jeans, perfect tee shirts and then accessories that are versatile and make me feel great. I put together this outfit and I'm calling it: great travel clothes for women!
You can't beat a great t-shirt for travel. My friend Carly is a stylist with a killer sense of what works for real women. After her search for perfect basics came up short, Carly turned into a Mom Boss and made her own.

When I travel I always bring a scarf or two. I like versatility and layers. I have a new find that I love the ARMigami. ARMigami is a convertible wrap that can be styled in over 15 ways. Use the buttons on the scarf to create a bevy of different looks from a scarf to an off-the shoulder wrap. Options ladies, we have options.
I'm wearing the new ARMigami black top in a burnout fabrics. I mastered about three different styles and look forward to experimenting. The top comes with instructions and you can also visit the website for more style inspiration. With the ability to be styled in so many ways, why buy a scarf when you can get an ARMigami!
I paired the new things with my classic boyfriend jeans from StitchFix and a pair of Jeffery Campbell booties in olive.
Now lets talk details. My friend Katja from Skimbaco.com sent me this necklace and I love it. It's part of the Enjoy Life diffuser jewelry collection that she created. I'm wearing the BOHO Wrap Choker Necklace ($23).
Like the top, this piece gives you options. You can wrap it as a bracelet of loop it a few times around and wear it as a choker. It's right on trend. Chokers and wrap necklaces are very trendy. Here's what's even cooler--you can add essential oils in the soft leather, making it perfect for diffusing your favorite scent.
When Katja sent the necklace she Included a peppermint essential oil sample. Essential oils can be added to the leather. Drop 2-3 drops of essential oil directly to leather, rub it in with your finger and let it dry and then wear. The tan leather will darken in use.
Katja sent me the necklaces with some Young Living Peppermint Oil. Do you know about essential oils? I am just learning about the powers. I will say this--they smell great and always give me a lift. And I know women are making careers out of direct selling. I talk about these careers a lot in my book, Mom Boss, we call the moms selling in a community "team moms."
Three super new pieces that are well-priced and make getting ready for my upcoming trips so easy.
One last note--the ring is from Meredith Marks, she's a Chicago-based designer and I adore her designs.
