I've always loved American socialite, Olivia Palermo's style. She may not have been my favorite on The City (I was a Whitney girl), but there is no disputing that her taste is flawless. From her outfits, to her and hair and makeup, she always looks perfectly chic. She inspires me to put in extra effort even when I'm just heading out to run a few errands. There's no reason you can't go the chic route even when you're just on a java run right? However, I still reserve the right to throw on my trusty yoga pants every once and a while. Haha! I bet Olivia doesn't even own yoga pants, but I digress...
As a guest editor for Piperlime, Olivia recently shared her spring style picks and, as can be expected, I pretty much want all of them. What I love about her picks are how versatile they are. And they're super wearable too. Apart from the high heels maybe, you don't have to sacrifice style for comfort with these pieces. Every single one of them can be remixed to make countless other outfits. If these don't get you excited about spring fashion, I don't know what will!
These are just a few of the fabulous ensembles Olivia's selections are capable of making...Among my favorites are the flippy skirt, textured heels, and embellished bag. They're the kind of pieces that you can pair with classics to give a look a fun vibe. And for me, spring is all about having fun. We are saying goodbye to winter and saying hello to warmer weather...I'd say that calls for some fun, don't you think?
