While summer is a great time to play, many of us also need to work. Wouldn't it be great if there were clothes that could do both - work and play. Well of course this exists, it's called a dress. Today I'm talking about a fashion tip - how to belt a dress.
I'm working with this great Treasure Dress from cabi. It's a vintage print with, wait for it, pockets. The rich colors are right on trend and can certainly be worn into September.
This great dress from cabi is a terrific piece to wear to the office. It's also a wardrobe item that can go from summer to early fall. The wrap styling makes it very flattering on most figures. I took it a step further - I belted it.
Why a belt? It accentuates the waistline and slims most of us. In my opinion, you want to use a contrasting belt. This belt is also from cabi and works with everything from jeans to dresses.
