If you have plans to head out tomorrow to hit the Black Friday sales, you're going to want to plan out your shopping outfit carefully. Comfort is the name of the game on Black Friday. It gets hectic with a capital H. Don't get me wrong. I love Black Friday. My mom and I look forward to our after Thanksgiving shopping outing every year, but the fact of the matter is, it can be a bit chaotic on the big day, so comfortable outfits are key. Here are my top three tips for Black Friday style.
1. Layer, layer, layer...It is highly likely that the stores will have the heat cranked WAY up. Whenever it's cool out, shops seem to overcompensate by blasting their heat. And witha a vast amount of people crowding up the stores, it's going to be hot hot hot. So, make sure you're wearing layers that can be easily removed. J. Jill has some great, layer worthy, cardies!
2. Leggings forever...I don't know about you lovelies, but I find leggings to be the most comfortable things in my wardrobe. If I can't rock my jammies, leggings are next in line. An oversized top and leggings are my go to comfy look on most fall and winter days and it's the perfect look for Black Friday! Lysse happens to be one of my favorite brands for leggings if you're in the market for a new pair.

How to Style a Snow Skirt
My friend Kim-Marie has been a snow skirt convert for years. Me? I took a little more convincing. Last week I was at the SIA Snow Sports show in Denver. I was touring all the latest ski gear and winter fashions when I saw the Skhoop booth and just had to pop over. Now I had a ...read more
3. Flats are your friend...This probably goes without saying, but heels are a no no on Black Friday. Whether ballet flats, moccasins or boots are your poison, slip on some footwear that you know you'll be comfortable in all day long! Blisters do not make for a happy shopping trip. Just sayin'. And speaking of being comfy, Juil's flats are all about comfort.
So, will any of you be joining me for a little Black Friday shopping action? What will your Black Friday style look like?
