Teal is one of those colors that is flattering on most people, goes with a slew of other shades and there is no shortage of it out there in the shoposphere this fall season. You could definitely say it's one of my current color crushes. And you can bet I'll be investing in a teal piece or two to round out my fall wardrobe! The only question is...Which piece? I've rounded up several teal treasures that I'm crushing on in a variety of price points, so there should be a little something for everyone here!
Nail polish is an easy, budget friendly way to try out a trend. A teal mani will definitely stand out in a crowd. Butter makes a bright, vibrant teal polish called Slapper. I'm planning a fall trip to NYC and I'll definitely be packing this color!
If you're looking to dress up your Tootsies, Kate Spade's bow bedecked Nicoletta flats will add the perfect amount of sweetness to your look. Pointy toe flats are another hot fall trend and it they don't get much better than these beauties. How cute is that metallic heel?!?
Moving up the body, a nice piece of neck candy is dazzling in teal. Monsoon's Indian inspired necklace would be a fun way to dress up a more casual look. I see it peeking out from under a menswear style shirt...You? Or if you have enough baubles, how about picking up a printed scarf? A scarf is a perfect finishing piece. It's often just want you need to complete a look. Scarves are definitely a part of my typical fall uniform and Banana Republic's teal animal print scarf was made to be rocked this fall for sure!
If you invest in no other teal piece this fall, go for a teal satchel. Accessorize has a great affordable option. And even if you decided to go higher end with your purchase, you cold definitely justify the investment! Satchels look polished and have a goo amount of storage room, making them fabulous multi-taskers. Us mamas love pieces that multi-task...Am I right? Plus, I'm all about bold colored statement bags and a teal bag would work with most colors in your wardrobe.
So, is teal on your must wear list for fall lovelies?
