Best Summer Work-Out Apparel

Hey girls, we know it's summer and for most days that means hanging outside with the kiddos, and not a lot of time to catch an outdoor workout. So if you're like me and can't stand the heat and are heading to the gym, here's some stuff you just gotta have.

Unfortunately for me, I am running deficient. I just can't do it. I look like a T-Rex: strange arms and all awkward legs. Instead of a run, I take classes at my local gym to stay active. A favorite of mine is yoga. But I find when I go from being in downward dog to standing tree, I always have to break the flow and adjust my clothes---either my shirt has found it's way halfway up my back or my pants are crunched in an uncomfortable place, which I'm told is common for runners too. Thankfully, there's a solution.

Apifeni has created fabulous tops and bottoms designed to keep you looking good all the time, weather you're working out or not. Designer Danielle Dobin, mother of 2, believes you shouldn't be burdened by logos, so all the branding is stamped neatly on the insides of each piece. The designs are so chic, they allow you to go from working out to meeting the girls for coffee in a New York minute. Take this ruffle shirt ($45--also available in black, pink, and teal), for example. Hitting the treadmill or going to the mall? Don't choose, do both!

Each bottom has a long torso which extends all the way to the bottom of your sports bra, covering your entire middle giving you a flat, lean look.

You feel supported, instead of constricted. Shown here are the Ultimate Leggings ($78)

All of Apifeni products are 100% made in the USA and their return policy is spectacular. If you're not satisfied for any reason, they will accept returns and exchanges, free of charge.

PLUS, they are guaranteed to make you a size smaller, and who doesn't love that? Another plus? Part of the proceeds go to Women for Women, a charity dedicated to helping women survivors of war. Visit for more details.
