The Brooklyn Society of Ethical Culture and the Brooklyn Animal Foster Network, a non-profit corporation committed to providing a safe haven for abandoned, abused, or unwanted animals, is holding a fun marriage ceremony of two dogs, Scooby and Penelope. Officiated by Marty Markwitz, the ceremony will include food, music, dancing, face painting and raffles.
