With two kids I find that there is always some mess to clean up. What helps is having the tools to make life easier, and I just discovered a new Swiffer Sweep & Trap, an innovative cleaning tool that can clean up both big and small messes in one swoop. This is also without the use of any batteries or cords that operates with its 360-degree swivel head that can maneuver and trap just about any hard surface floor quickly and easily, while also picking up 50% more fine dirt, dust and hair than an average broom.
During the event, singer, songwriter and mom, Jewel was on-hand to sing her fun rendition of the "Clean Up Song" where the kids at the event joined her on-stage. She spoke about she loves tools that make her life easier, so that she can have more time and energy with her son.
The event, held at Make Meaning, also included an afternoon of crafting fun where the kids were able to make cookies and candy necklaces as representatives were on-hand to demonstrate how easy it was to clean up these messes with the new Sweep & Trap.
Another bonus was seeing my 6-year-old pick up the Sweep & Trap and get to work as she easily moved with the handle to clean-up. She was even excited when we got one so that she could use it to clean her room!
The new Swiffer Sweep & Trap is available for $19.99 at mass merchandise outlets, grocery retailers, home improvement stores and e-retail sites throughout the U.S.
Also, be sure to check out Jewel's rendition of the Clean-Up Song, presented by Swiffer, which will be available for free download on www.facebook.com/swiffer, along with the video of her performance at the event.
Momtrends was not paid for this post. We were given a goody bag at the event.
