Sotheby’s Institute of Art recently announced the acquisition of Metropolitan Moms. Founded in 2004 by entrepreneur and mother Molly Snyder as a way to give Manhattan mothers and their children stimulating and educational experiences in New York City, Metropolitan Moms grew from one class to more than 15 classes per season, reaching more than 4000 moms across New York.
Through this new merger, you can enjoy Metropolitan Moms’ most popular adult courses and participants will also gain access to the dynamic and diverse course offerings at Sotheby’s Institute as well as to their new online programs. Some classes in the fall include: Introduction to Art Making, Performance Art in New York, A Passion for Collecting, The Gallery Business, Art and Finance and much more!
