Lyss Stern, founder of Divalysscious Moms, New Yorks premiere socializing network for mothers and mothers-to-be, is expanding with DivaRE, an exciting new venture that provides real estate services.
After enjoying several successful partnerships with developers and brokers, obtaining great coverage and increased visibility for their respective projects, all while showcasing luxury homes to potential homeowners Stern launched a new division called DivaRE.
An increasing number of developers are reaching out to me to host niche events that introduce potential buyers to their properties, Stern said. In a competitive real estate market, saturated with upscale residential developments, traditional strategies for marketing an individual apartment or property are simply no longer enough. Im extremely pleased to reveal DivaRE!
Stern has organized a number of events at citywide properties most recently at Carriage House. Over 200 women flocked to the boutique condominium, located at 159 West 24th Street, to celebrate the U.S. launch of E.L Jamess latest book Fifty Shades Freed, where they heard James read an excerpt from the romantic thriller and bought signed copies of her book.
I posted the events invite on my Facebook page and was at full capacity within the first two hours, said Stern. My final RSVP list ended up exceeding 900 guests! Our launch marked the onslaught of a Fifty Shades frenzy!
Stern has also teamed up co-developers of Azure, The DeMatteis Organizations and the Mattone Group, hosting widely attended events at the 34-story luxury cond-op. Diva Moms hosted a book signing of Soleil Moon Fryes Happy Chaos, as well as a panel discussion titled, How to Choose the Right Nursery School.
Keenly focused on providing her constantly growing list of moms with the best services, Stern combined her creative skills, sense of style and networking abilities to present an Alimony and Settlement event at the Chelsea Mansion, located at 436 West 20th Street, replete with matchmakers, lawyers, psychics and makeup artists.
