We've seen them all over Pinterest—and when we see something we love, we have to try to make it. Turns out, these tassel garlands are easier to make than we once thought.

You need twine, tissue paper, scissors, and a stapler. Customize the tassels for birthdays, holidays, special occasions, team meetings, pretty much anything. Every party needs pretty decor!
