Big design for small people. That is what you get from Little Nest. I found them at an NYC trade show and have put these Yolk Chairs (a shrunken version of the Egg Chair by Arne Jacobsen) on the wish list. The design cradles a child in comfort and is oh-so pleasing to the eye. Design Find #17is a perfect spot to curl up with a book and dream big dreams.
The chair is outfitted in a soft wool-blend fabric--your choice of eight colors. I'd pick charcoal for the lavender-based room I am creating for the girls. This Australian-owned company is turning heads at trade shows with their pieces. Priced at $585, the Yolk Chair is made of a sturdy fiberglass shell and has glorious hand stitching. The dimensions (24w x 23.2d x 28.7h) suit our needs perfectly. Now if I can just convince Mr. Momtrends....
