Crafting a Tin Man costume from scratch? Make sure your efforts pay off with fame and fortune. Time Out New York Kids is hosting a Costume Contest for all the artistic parents in the Big Apple.

To enter, just send a photo of your child in this year's—or last year's—costume to halloween@timeoutny.com. Your darling's photo will be on display for all to see (something your relatives are sure to get a kick out of) and you'll be eligible to win tickets to a Jazz for Young People concert at Lincoln Center.
