Summer vacations look a little different this year. Gone are the days where a family can afford to eat every meal out and splash out for an all-inclusive vacation. But that doesn't mean mom has to skimp on style.
When we headed off to Nantucket on our annual trip, we brought a ton of food from home. It saved us both time and money once we got to the island. We packed up the perishables in a handy and cute Insulated Tote from Lands' End. The totes come in two sizes: Medium (on sale $45) and Large (on sale $50) and an array of colors. We loaded the tote (ours is the pink one on the right) with organic milk (which spilled in the bag but didn't leak!), meat and dairy products--all things that would cost double on the island. Everything stayed nice and chilled on the drive. Once we got to the beach, we used the tote to pack lunches. The handles are nice an long--easy to drape over a shoulder and the pink and blue combo was perfectly preppy! The tote was easy to clean, and is water-proof and stain-resistant '?? inside and out.
I'm always impressed with the Lands' End quality and I want to share the wealth. One lucky reader is going to win a $100 Gift Card to Lands' End. To enter, simply visit the Lands' End site here and then come back and tell me what is on your shopping list.
