Hot mom-to-be Jewel isn't just dazzling tv audiences with her show Platinum Hit, she's also spending time making sure new moms in Texas get off to a great start. It's just been announced that Jewel is partnering with Bravado! Designs to donate 2,600 nursing bras and tank tops to Baby Buggy, a non-profit organization that provides families in need across the country with essential equipment, products, clothing, and educational services for their infants and children.
We're thrilled that Jewel took a chunk of time away from her own baby prep to make a difference in the lives of at-risk mothers in her home state of Texas. By donating these Bravado! bras and tank tops, Jewel will help keep new moms and babies in the Dallas area healthy by providing the tools to make breastfeeding a possibility.
Jewel said, '??This is an un-paralleled opportunity and honor to play such a meaningful role in the lives of other new mothers. Bravado! Designs and Baby Buggy have given me the tools to make a real difference in the lives of other new mothers. Through this affiliation, I am able to provide quality products and necessary services to support at-risk mothers who struggle to provide the best possible future for their babies."
As Barbara Beaty, RN, MS, and Case Management Manager of the Dallas NFP says, "Our clients will be beaming when they receive these items, especially knowing that they came from one new mom to another. We wish Jewel all the best and are excited for her to welcome her son into the world!'?
