The #NSale: Our Top Nordstrom Anniversary Picks for Baby

I've always loved Nordstrom. It's my favorite store, and also my first place of employment. The summer between my sophomore and junior years of college, I worked in the BP section—and spent my entire earnings on trendy clothes and shoes. (Because, employee discount!) It was back then that I fell hard for the Nordstrom anniversary sale. The buildup of excitement as we got new shipments in, the flood of crowds on day one, and the rush of relief when the store finally closed (and I could calculate my daily commission!).

The anniversary sale is a pretty unique concept. Nordstrom launches new fall and winter styles during two weeks of the summer at deeply discounted prices. When the sale is over, the tags jumps up to their "normal" price points.

Since then (gasp, fourteen years ago!), I've continued to shop the sale every year. But instead of browsing Tory Burch boots and cashmere sweaters, I'm all about the baby stuff! Normally, I can't justify shopping for baby clothes at high-end retailers. Little ones grow fast—why spend lots of money an outfit they'll wear maybe once or twice. But with prices this good, it's totally justifiable to shop till you drop for itty-bitty cutie-pie styles and picks. Plus, Nordstrom has some amazing gear deals too. The sale officially begins on July 22, but Nordstrom cardholders have access to shop now! I've rounded up a few of the greatest finds. Happy shopping—and happier savings!1. PUMA Steeple Glitz Sneaker, $30 (after sale, $) / 2. Widgeon Faux Fur Peplum Jacket, $47 (after sale, $80)/ 3. The North Face Buttery Fleece Bunting, $46 (after sale, $70)/ 4. Tucker + Tate Faux Fur Vest, $34 (after sale, $52)/ 5. Little Me Aviator Bomber Jacket, Top, & Pants, $32 (after sale, $54)/ 6.
