I also love that I can "dress up" the pasta by making it into a casserole. It feels a little bit more grown up and I'm getting an added portion of healthy protein. After I cook the pasta, I throw in some pre-cooked organic turkey meatballs. Then I transfer the whole pot into a dish. Sprinkle some panko breadcrumbs on top with a little bit more cheese, paprika, and oregano and voila!
