I don't know about you, but for me, making a family dinner doesn't consist of multiple meals for each person. I'm no short-order cook and everyone has to eat whatever it is I make. There are those days, of course, when I want to make something healthy but am too exhausted to find a recipe, shop, and actually cook the food. Have you seen Three Bridges newest pasta? The Three Bridges Creamy Cheddar Macaroni & Cheese Kit solves your meal-time woes with their simplest recipe ever. Added bonus? No powder stuff. What real food comes in a powder form anyway?

Anytime I have to wash one less dish is also an added bonus. The pasta comes pre-cooked so all you have to do is make the cheese sauce and add in the pasta. It's. So. Easy. Boil milk according to the directions and stir in the cheese. When it melts, add in the pasta. Boom. Done in 3 minutes. THREE MINUTES! Your kids are still getting to eat something they love and you feel great about feeding them hormone-free cheese and premium pasta. With no preservatives, fillers, or other bad stuff that the conventional boxed mac and cheese typically has, your whole family can now healthily indulge in a classic comfort food thanks to Three Bridges refrigerated Creamy Cheddar Macaroni & Cheese Kit.

I also love that I can "dress up" the pasta by making it into a casserole. It feels a little bit more grown up and I'm getting an added portion of healthy protein. After I cook the pasta, I throw in some pre-cooked organic turkey meatballs. Then I transfer the whole pot into a dish. Sprinkle some panko breadcrumbs on top with a little bit more cheese, paprika, and oregano and voila!

Mac and cheese becomes heartier and makes excellent for some leftovers. Feeling a little more adventurous? Add in some jalapenos. Feeling like you need an extra boost in the morning? Scoop out some casserole into a pan. Turn on the heat and crack some eggs over it. Yum!
