Lip Balm Addict

I visited my professional makeup artist friend at her chair during the Nordstrom Trend Event this past weekend and as soon as I sat down, I knew what she was going to say. "Your lips are SO dehydrated." Translation...your lips are uber chapped. I've heard this from her more times than I can count. And she's right. My lips have always been on the dry side and if I'm not super vigilant about keeping them lubed up, chapped they become.

If you suffer from dehydrated lips too, you've probably found that you can't use any old balm and you might just have to exfoliate your lips regularly too. You can do this with a toothbrush or even a washcloth. Simply slick on some balm and rub the toothbrush or wash cloth across your lips to wipe away that icky flaky skin. I know. It sounds so gross right? Haha! Well, better to go through these steps than have your honey be faced with rough, chapped lips the next time he plants one on you. Am I right?
