How to Soothe Dry Winter Lips

I tend to have dry lips in general...and the situation always seems to get worse in the winter. Unfortunately, that tends to be the time of year when I really want to rock deep, bold lip colors. So, apart from exfoliating and moisturizing my lips regularly, I also have to select formulas that won't be too drying. Flaky lips and color do not exactly go well together. So, let's talk about how you can soothe dry winter lips, while rockin' a beautiful color.

clarins

Enter one of my new favorite lippies...Clarins Rouge Eclat Age Defying Lipstick. The super smooth formula feels so great and still delivers an impressive pop of color. Typically, bolder hues come with matte formulas that don't offer as much moisturization. This lipstick, however, makes my lips feel anything but dry. Plus, isn't the color FUN?

While I do tend to wear darker colors in the winter and brighter colors in the summer...I can't seem to stay away from red no matter what the season! Come find out why this Clarins red shade (with pink undertones), along with the fabulous formula, is my new jam! I give you all the details in my latest beauty video!
