In my never ending fight to tackle pesky cellulite, I'm forever on the lookout for products that will help diminish those dimples. Don't get me wrong...I'm certainly not naive. I know that there are several things that factor into whether a person has cellulite. Genetics certainly play a large role. I'm probably predisposed to have a bit of cellulite. That's ok. I don't have to sit down and roll over, however. There are things I can do to make my cellulite less noticeable...And you can fight the good fight too!
The first line of defense is your diet. If it's mostly fatty foods that aren't good for you, you're most likely going to see it show up in your skin. Eat a rainbow filled diet that's full of foods packed with nutrients and you'll have a head start fighting cellulite. And don't forget to drink lots of water. I keep a water bottle filled next to me at all times. Staying hydrated makes such a difference!
Next you want to be active...Cellulite is definitely going to show up less on a toned body. That doesn't mean you can't be in amazing shape and still have some cellulite. It's just one of those things that affects all kinds of bodies, even fit ones...but the more in shape you are, the less you're going to notice it. I promise!
And finally, once you've tackled your health, there are some products that you can turn to as your final weapon. The Bliss Lean Machine, for instance, is a spa-powered body contouring system that can helps smooth your skin and reduce the appearance of cellulite. Massage has been proven to help with smoothing and this machine just takes it to another level.
You could also try SkinAgain Vanish which helps fade cellulite, stretch marks and scars...This is perfect for you fellow mamas who had large and in charge bambinos like I did. My tummy is a road map thanks to my kiddo and I'm all for keeping the stretch mark fading process going. My battle scars might be here for the long haul, but anything I can do to make them less visible is A-ok with this girl!
