As a lover of green tea and red wine, I have to do something to keep my teeth white. A couple years ago I bought a professional whitening kit from my dentist. It worked very well, but cost $850. Now I am relying on Crest Whitestrips to give my teeth a boost.

What ages moms? Flat hair color, baggy clothing and yellow teeth. Let's tackle the teeth. I tried these for two weeks. After I finished dinner, I brushed my teeth and then put the Whitestrips on. They are easy to apply. Just peel off the backing and attach to your upper and lower teeth. Then read a book, finish the dishes, pack lunches, whatever for about 30 minutes. Simply peel off and check out your pearly whites.

Why do they work? New Crest Whitestrips Advanced Seal incorporates a groundbreaking adhesive formulation that temporarily molds the strip to your teeth. The kit comes with two-weeks'?? worth of strips, which are used for just 30 minutes per day'?¦ Ideal for a busy mom! Buy Crest Whitestrips, Advanced Seal, 14-Count box $31.36 on Amazon. To answer Stephanie's questions:

  1. NO they do not make me teeth ache (but the one from my dentist did).
  2. The difference? The crest strips do not fit as securely on the bottom and do not wrap all the way around. They just whiten the front teeth (and really who needs white molars?).
  3. Ask your doctor if this product can be used while pregnant--I am not a health professional and don't want to give uneducated advice.
