Don't you love a good hair day? We do too. Unfortunately these good hair days can be expensive and with COVID, it's hard to safely get to a salon. Thanks to the Tymo Sway, styling at home has gotten easier and well, a lot less expensive.

Testing the Tymo Sway
I am such a newbie at this, but from the photo above, you can see even a novice can get the hang of this. I'm using the Sway1” Premium Nano Titanium Flat Iron with motion control to make some waves. Even in my less-than-capable hands the floating plates on the flat iron created volume and waves to my hair.

The Tymo Sway
I invested in the Tymo sway Hair Straightener and Curler to start creating my favorite beachy waves at home. As I said, I'm a complete novice when it comes to hair. Before COVID, I went for a blow-out 1-2 times a month and regularly had my hair colored at a salon. Now I'm an at-home color pro and I'm taking on some new hairstyle.
Sway safety feature
The straightener will be shut off after 5 mins of non-movement, and it will be turned back on when you sway it again. Automatic sleep mode switches your styler off after 5 minutes of non-use, for peace of mind.
The straightener is a snap to use. Simply swipe it across dry hair. One pass should do it. With the Sway you'll get shiny hair in a flash. It's different from ceramic hair stylers, because it uses a nano titanium plate (it heats quickly and cools faster). The temperature is adjustable from 140ºF (60ºC) to 450ºF (230ºC) to meet the treatment for all hair types and textures.
Since my hair dries fairly straight on it's own, I primarily need this iron to create volume and texture. I like to get loose bohemian waves. I find that after I create my curls and sleep on them, my hair is perfect the next day. I want looser curls that will last a few days.
Investing just 15 minutes gives me a style that works for five days. I used to have to run to Dry Bar to create this look, but now I can do it at home.
I'm usually inept at styling my own hair. When it's up to me, ponytails and French twist are the go-to style. Thanks to these products, I'll attempt style my hair on my own (the money saved can go in the travel slush fund for when things open up again).
