Since it's a pretty heavy oil, I find it best to be used at night. But the natural ingredients keep your skin hydrated and nourished with oils from avocado, Borage, Evening Primrose, Rosehip Seed, Grapeseed and Red Palm Super Olein. There is also a peptide is able to activate tissue growth factor (TGF-beta) that stimulates collagen synthesis in the skin for a true beauty boost. Just three drops is all need.
