BareMinerals for the Best Bronze Skin

best faux tanning products

I feel like I look about 5 pounds thinner and 5 years younger with a tan. But I am not an idiot. I know those harmful rays from baking directly aren't a good idea for anyone looking to avoid age spots, cancer, etc.

BareMinerals has a bunch of new products aimed to help you get a glow without getting the harmful rays. They sent me a huge press delivery full of things to try. Here are my favorites.

Advanced Protection SPF 20 Moisturizer Sheer Tint ($30). This I love. I've got to wear moisturizer anyway, I might as well get a little boost for my complexion. This gives me coverage, sun protection and a healthy glow. Score. They say the secret is "active soil" and of course all those magic minerals. I say it's a triple threat product. And you know I love multi-tasking.

Warmth All Over Face Color ($19). I have been sweeping this on in the morning to look as if I just got back from Bali. It's a sheer powdery product that delivers a quick glow. I pop it on my cheeks, forehead, tip of my nose and chin. Done!

bareMinerals Ready Bronzer ($24). I toss this in my bag for touchups on the go. And according to bareMinerals, it delivers ant-aging benefits. Did I look 29 with this on? Nope. But my skin did look fabulous and I'll take 42 and fab any day! My color is The High Dive.

What else? Two new sunless tanners--one for face and one for body. They don't stink and they dry fast. I'm not much of a sunless tanner, so I haven't tested these yet, but they promise a glow without clogging pores and that has to be good.

You can find most everything at Sephora.

Momtrends was not paid for this post. We did get samples.
