Not too long ago I shared some of my favorite baby boy gifts because I know so many lovely mamas to be who are expecting boys...That being said, even though I don't personally know as many women welcoming little girls to their families, I bet at least a few of you do, so I decided to share the best baby girl gifts I've come across recently. From multi-purpose swaddles to super sweet mommy and me looks, I have a baby girl gift idea for every budget!
Muslin blankets...Every new mom needs muslin blankets in her arsenal. I used them for SO many things! They're perfect for swaddling, as well as for impromptu diaper changes, a clean surface to play on...I could go on and on! Just Born muslin blanket prints are definitely among my favorites!
Plush Blanket...And another must have blanket is the Aden + Anais Silky Soft Dream Blanket. It's the luxe kind of blanket that's both pretty and sturdy enough to throw down on the ground for babies to play on while moms sip coffee and actually converse with another adult. Haha! Now I love pink, but I'm also partial to this grey print!
Lovey....This is one thing my kids both gravitated to as babies. They loved clutching their little lovies! Aden + Anais has one made out of their oh so soft organic cotton. And you can't go wrong with all the adorable prints they offer it in!
Hooded towel...This always makes it into my baby shower gifts. You can't underestimate the usefulness of a quality hooded towel. If it isn't thick and luxe, it isn't likely to be super absorbent! It doesn't hurt if you snag one in a pretty color or print. Just sayin'.

Get Out and Play with a Smarter Set of Wheels
Our family has been through many wheels over the years. Since we are mostly an urban family, our kids found scootering the best way to get to school. My kids got bigger, so I’ve been researching options for them. Now it's time for an upgrade to our wheels and we've got some ...read more
Baby girl outfit...One of my favorite things to shop for when I'm on a baby girl gifts mission is clothes. There's nothing sweeter than a baby girl look! And this Aden + Anais Mini Flutter Smock Top and Ruffle Bloomer set takes the cake! Not only is the butterfly print darling, but the natural cotton muslin fabric feels soooo good! I'm also obsessed with the Kimono Romper in the same print!
Sleep Bag...A sleep bag always makes a great gift...especially one that's made from super soft organic cotton like Little Fishkopp offers! The softer the better when we're talking about what's going to lie against a baby's precious skin I've always said. You don't think it's a necessity until you use one...then there's no going back!
Mommy and Me Looks...What mama can resist her sweet little mini me? These matching tunics from Roberta Roller Rabbit make for the cutest mommy and me outfits. Plus, they double as swimsuit cover-ups! I love a multi-purpose anything! Who's with me?
So, there you have it...A sampling of some of my favorite baby girl gifts. I hope they please a lucky mama to be in your life!
