The focus this month here at Momtrends has been all about the back-to-school season. For some, school has already begun, and for those lucky (or not so lucky parents) ones, they have a week left of time off. I'm a big fan of sprucing up your wardrobe when the school season begins, and going from drab to glam with a piece of jewelry. Hanging earrings that really make a statement are not just for evening. While they can be worn for formal affairs, they also look fab paired with a t-shirt and jeans during the day while on mom duty.
I'm modeling two of my favorites for this coming season. The Melinda Pod Earrings from Melinda Maria ($350) look amazing paired with denim. The crisp white agate goes with every color and can transition from season to season. The 18k gold-plating adds an element of warmth.
