We are getting Spring Fever over here and what better way to celebrate the shift in the weather than with a refreshing mimosa bar? Here are a few tips to get you started on putting together your own.

You need:

Champagne and/or Prosecco
Fun Sparkling Juices
Elderflower Liquor

Screen Shot 2016-03-03 at 9.20.54 AMAfter you mix your bubbly with your juice of choice, add a few dashes of the Elderflower Liquor on top. It adds a delicious floral taste to an already yummy drink and really jazzes up an ordinary mimosa.

To set our mimosa bar scene, we found beautiful coordinating pieces at Target in a lovely spring color palette. We also added charming gold accents in the shape of figs and sea urchins. It’s all about presentation after all. Am I right? Well, really it’s all about the taste, but the power of pretty comes in a close second.  Haha!

Flavors like caramel, cheese, and EVOO add just the right amount of flavor to your cocktails. I can so see having my favorite ladies over for a girls’ day and serving them these tasty sips and sweets.

unspecified-5I hope these tips helped inspire you to get behind the bar and start mixin’ up your own mimosas. Cheers!
