Grand Opening of Orange Leaf NYC with Cookies for Kids’ Cancer

Last week my daughters and I bundled up to celebrate the grand opening of Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt in NYC. Featuring a self-serve concept and a full toppings bar, Orange Leaf has over 200 locations whose mission encourages owners to become a part of their communities and provides them with the necessary ingredients for success.

The NYC location is located right in the 30s on the East Side of Manhattan, and I loved the bright decor featuring vibrant orange and green tones.  As part of the celebration, Orange Leaf teamed up with Cookies for Kids’?? Cancer, a national non-profit organization committed to raising funds to support research for new and improved therapies for pediatric cancer. where all proceeds from the grand opening was donated directly to the cause. They also showcased some of their delicious cookies like Mint-Night Chocolate, Chewy Oatmeal Raisin, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip and White Chocolate Macadamia Nut that were mashed up and ready to be added to the yogurt.

As for the flavors, my girls loved the testing part where we sampled flavors like strawberry, peanut butter, coconut, chocolate, birthday cake and mango with some favorites being the peanut butter (me) and the chocolate (my daughters). As a treat, the yogurt can also be combined with a mixture of flavors and toppings whose price is determined by the pound. I loved adding in some fresh fruit as well as staples like rainbow sprinkles and goodies like chocolate chips. As a yogurt chain you will also find a variety of options for you and your kids, including no-sugar-added, gluten-free and lactose-free alternatives.

With Spring not to far away we are excited to enjoy even more combinations from Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt in NYC, and you can also do the same at one of their many locations through the U.S.

Orange Leaf NYC is located at 608 Second Avenue (between 33rd Street and 34th Street)
