Giveaway: BABYBJÖRN Eat and Play Smock

In-between our very busy BlogHer scdueles we loved the intiamacy of smaller events where we had the chance to scout trends and network. During a breakfast for BABYBJÖRN we fell in love with their Eat and Play Smock, an adorable cover that can protect your child’s clothing through the messes at pre-k or at home.

Available in four fun colors (red, prink, green and blue), the smock offers soft yet durable protection against spots and spills. With long sleeves with comfortable elastic at the wrists, they are ideal for mealtime or when your child is painting for complete coverage. They are also easily buttoned at the back and never feels too warm, thanks to its breathable fabric. Designed for children eight months to three years old, the soft and supple quality provides full freedom of movement as well as a hard-wearing material that is easy to wipe off. The smock is also machine-washable whose textile are in class 1 for baby products – meaning they are guaranteed harmless to children’€™s sensitive skin and will not trigger allergies.

Win it! Momtrends is giving away 2 of these smocks to 2 lucky readers! In the comments section tell me about the messiest experience you had with your child.

My littlest guy loves spaghetti, but it ends up everywhere. In his hair, armpits, nose. He goes straight to the tub after dinner!

I think today for lunch was one of the messiest with my 13 month old daughter, I cut her up pizza but decided she didnt want the small pieces and instead stole her big brothers piece, I had to bath her because she had so much sauce on her!
Another is the time my 3 oldest (I have 4 kids) went outside and painted, they painted with every body part, hands, feet, elbows, etc..and they had an absolute blast. I figure if it can wash off then why not just let them have fun!!! I have had many “messy moments” and I am sure with 4 kids ages 7, 6, 3 and 1, I am sure to have many many many more!!! :)

The creative my son has been was with the Melissa and Doug cupcake puzzle kit that my 3 year old got as a late birthday present… He colored/decorated not only the floors, but colored himself in multiple colors! He literally had a blue arm and orange tummy for days! This pales in comparison to taco nights! He is quite the budding yet expressive artist!

My child is learning to eat solids by herself! Needless to say, nothing stays on the highchair and very little makes it to her mouth! :-) It usually ends up all over her, me and the floor!

My 4-year-old daughter who really likes tigers decided one day she would like to look like a tiger. She was in her room alone for a little while for nap time. When my husband returned to her room, he found her colored head to toe with orange and black marker “stripes”; I think she is going to be an artist some day.

My 16month old son can be a messy little eater, there’s been times that he is wearing his dinner from head to toe and we end up having to just give him a bath because he made such a mess but I would also love to win this as he loves to do finger painting and you couldn’t imagine how messy this little boy gets with finger paints. Thanks you

My messiest experience was when I first gave my daughter prunes. She had them all over her face, on her arms, in her hair, and even in her ears. But I got the cutest smile from her when I took her picture!

Hmmm… the messiest experience… well, I have twin 2.5 year old boys and the worst (albeit it happened more than once) was when they decided to disrobe, including their diapers, and get creative in their cribs with their new found “finger paint”. Until you have two boys and two cribs and multiple walls covered in poop, you don’t even have a clue what messy is! I sure wish they were wrapped in those bibs when they had their painting fun so at least their clothes had stayed clean:)

Like the person before I’ve had messy experiences with spaghetti and paint but the worst by far was when my daughter took off her diaper during nap time and covered herself, the crib and the walls in poop. That was not fun to clean up! I had to leave the room at one point so I didn’t gag while cleaning it up.
