On September 10th, ‘Katie,’ a new hour-long talk show hosted by award-winning journalist, best-selling author and television personality Katie Couric, will debut in national syndication in a show that will tackle a wide range of issues ‘ some of them important, some of them just plain fun.
Broadcasting live every day from New York City in front of a studio audience, the daytime program will be timely and topical — blending entertainment, information and stories of the day in a format that is engaging, compelling and interesting. Katie is excited to interact with her audience, to shed some light on the things that matter most to them, and hopefully provide useful advice and solutions. All while having some fun along the way.
The current promo, entitled “Katie Looks Back” Katie reflects on her “Leave It To Beaver” with future shows focusing on what’s going on in the world, using her personal experience and insight to get to the heart of what matters most to viewers. The show will include powerful segments and thoughtful interviews with newsmakers, celebrities, and everyday people who have extraordinary stories to tell.
