Notes from the Kitchen: Fresh Foods Mash and Serve Bowl

I love making baby food for my baby where she has been enjoying new combinations of fruits, vegetables, and beans. I love to mash up her food and get her used to new flavors and textures in preparation for more chewing in the future. To help mash up some baby food I have been using NUK‘s new Fresh Foods Mash and Serve Bowl.

Established through a partnership with Annabel Karmel, children’€™s nutrition expert and best-selling cookbook author, this line was designed to help moms prepare homemade baby food for their babies without making it difficult or time-intensive.

How it works is simple: cut up food – like a banana – and add it to the bowl. Use the attached masher and you can make baby food in seconds. It was ridiculously easy that I used to mash up fruits and steamed veggies with ease. This was ideal for one-serving meals like if I had something around that I wanted my baby to test out or when we were at restaurants. I also liked how quickly it worked and could vary its degree of how much I wanted a food item to be mashed.

Additionally, the Fresh Foods line also includes a Freshfoods‘„¢ Freezer Tray, a Freshfoods‘„¢ Fill & Freeze Pops and a Freshfoods‘„¢ Cook-n-Blend Baby Food Maker.

Starting your baby off on the right foot just got easier with simple solutions to making food.
