With summer quickly approaching we have been thinking of ways to revamp our workout routine aka make it less boring. Everyday Health, an online channel that promotes overall health and well-being through informative articles and daily tips, recently teamed up with trainer Jillian Michaels for a fun video series promoting exercise and fitness. In the online show ‘Daily Dose with Jillian Michaels,’ everyone’s favorite (and tough) trainer shares her favorite ways to workout without hitting the gym! Sounds like a great regime for moms who really don’t always have the time but still want the results.
