This week, Girl Scouts across the country are celebrating the 100th birthday of Girl Scouting! To celebrate the arrival of the cookies, we’ve got a fun recipe to share: the Sandpearl Resort Samoa Cheesecake (and don’t forget about our ideas for pairing wine with cookies)
But, even more fun, several resorts and restaurants are getting in on the birthday with lines of Girl Scout cookie themed desserts and drinks, including Sandpearl Resort in Clearwater Beach. In honor of Girl Scouting, Sandpearl is offering a “Thin Mintini” and “Sandpearl Samoa Cheesecake,” as well as a Thin Mint Pedicure at the spa (treat yourself to a chocolate pedicure while munching on thin mints!).
If you can’t make it to Florida, we have the next best thing for you–Sandpearl’s recipe for Samoa cheesecake! Enjoy!
