We take our trends seriously, so for our fashion week feature we wanted to show off a few trends we’re loving right now. First, let’s talk denim. The coated denim jeans I am wearing are from 3×1 Denim–the latest creation from Scott Morrison (he’s the mastermind behind Paper Denim & Cloth and Earest Sewn). He opened a denim flagship store and factory right in SoHo, NYC.
I stopped in last week to check out the store and shoot this video. I also picked up a pair of coated denim jeans: the W2.26.139 (everything is done in small batches hence the number) They are awesome. Sleek and a tad shiny, you might think they are leather–but they are denim.
Not only does 3×1 offer limited edition jeans like mine (one of 12 thank you!)–they allow the customer to play. I was able to select my button to uniquely complement the jeans and my style. For more affluent shoppers, 3×1 let’s you take the experience to the next level. Fashionistas can select a selvage denim from the rolls in store and then pick a wash and hardware to create a truly one-of-a-kind experience.
Whatever your budget, it’s worth a trip to this SoHo location to see a unique retail concept. The store is flooded with light and energy. A must-see field trip for any fashion lover in NYC. For more information visit http://3×1.us/
Now on to the rest of the outfit. The coral sweater is from Theory. This is trend #2. This color is super-hot for spring. I’m sure I’ll be sporting this top a ton to events. Consider yourself on orange alert.
The bracelet was swag from the IFB conference (read about it here). Bauble Bar gave everyone something sparkly. My bracelet just happened to match perfectly! And to finish things off the boots are from Coach. Thanks to Jill for snapping the photos in the cold!
Join the fun each week! Monday Mingle is a fashionable collaboration between Glamamom.com, Momtrends.com and BonBonRosegirls.com. We take turns hosting the fashion linky each Monday. We invite you to stop by each week and link up one of your favorite styles from your blog. This week Jill at Glamamom.com is hosting the link!
This post is not sponsored, but I did get treated to my jeans and love them!
