Disney Baby has partnered with the Million Moms Challenge, an initiative connecting Americans with millions of mothers in the developing world to raise awareness and funds so that women and their children can survive and thrive. Here are a few very easy ways you can help to support this cause:

Last month, the Million Moms’ “Imagine Me & You” Photo Contest asked expecting moms to show off their baby bumps and write a brief message on it capturing their wishes for life with their baby. There have been 12 semi-finalists selected in the photo contest where one lucky winner will receive a trip to Australia for a mom and baby photo shoot with Anne Geddes. Head over to the Million Moms Challenge Facebook page to vote by Thursday, December 15th!

Also, if you check out their Facebook page, Johnson & Johnson has pledged to donate $100,000 when the Million Moms Facebook page receives 100,000 “likes.” Another way to think of it is by clicking “like,” you are donating $1 to this amazing cause!
