Yoga for Moms

Need a little zen mama? We’re teaming up with YogaStuffPlus to bring you a 5-part series of mom-friendly yoga poses.

This week we’re focusing on the wrist (with a little core work thrown in for fun!). We’ve got yoga pro, Stephanie Creaturo from Mala Yoga NYC guiding us through two poses that will open the wrist joints.

Who needs it?
New moms complaining about wrist pain from picking up baby.
Any mom that works at a computer.

What you need?
A wall and about 5 minutes–it’s that easy. Add the core element with a yoga block ($18.95) from YogaStuffPlus

About the clothes
All the yoga fashions are from Zobha.com–these fashions are for moms that want to move in style.  “Like” Zobha on Facebook for yoga tips and trendy workout fashions.
Nicole is wearing the Classic Raceback Tank in white an aqua ($52) and the incredibly cute Harem Capri ($70)
Stephanie is wearing the Evolve Pant (which comes in Petite and Tall lengths) and the Marilyn Tank ($58) in Tangier Pink

This is a 5-part sponsored series. All moms should check in with there doctors before taking on a new exercise program. Be smart and listen to your body.
